Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
CSSB 69(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading,                                                                
and placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so                                                               
ordered.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
CSSB 69(FIN) was read the third time.
